• smlevy42 06:06 am 26-Jan-2016 Quite a shame that the Complainant here didn't understand the UDRP (or hire experienced counsel) before firing off its complaint without proof of common law trademark rights. Also, as a practical matter, it could have purchased the domain for $850 but, instead, chose to pay the $1,300 Forum filing fee which is now a wasted expense. It will be interesting to see if the price of this domain now gets increased by the respondent.
