• Lisa44 02:37 pm 08-Feb-2017 Since the expansion and renaming my business since April 2016 , simply purchasing my domain that was available and to this day many more still are i.e. .net or .store or .eu just to name a few I've become quite ill from all the "bullying". My business has suffered throughout this, my dreams damaged and taken from me by a huge company claiming that I can't and no one will ever become such a name. I've worked more than incredibly hard, lost my family through my determination and much more. Since purchasing my domain in April it started within 10 days the threats . I know my small business doesn't stand a chance against giants so please don't sit on a trademark for over 20 years , supply the uk and TRADE as all other uk trade markers do. Take down all domains alike mine as I pray the next victim doesn't have to endure and suffer how I have. This has made me incredibly ill and I live in hope no one from Middle East will message nor ring me asked no my position and my intentions. I want to focus on what I am passionate about and have pride and love in what I do best . Cheesecakes . Thankyou and regards Lisa Dixon

• Rico 06:32 pm 17-Feb-2017 Bottom line is, Cheesecake Factory is a famous trademark. Don't include it in your domain name registrations next time. Get LisaMakesCheesecake.com or something similar.
