Maybe the owner wanted to impress the ladies while downing a few cold ones at the local pub. Or maybe he owns a liquor store and wanted to deliver beer.
Either way, I think we all know who will win this dispute...

Doesn't heineken, have to prove it was purchased for a profit , also that is taking business away from them and it was bought in bad faith ?
I just do not see how they can prove all of that on a .tel unless traffic is being redirected a heineken competitor's web site.

@gricetti - I think it's enough that the domain owner is trying to associate itself with "beer" without the consent of the trademark owner. That would be perceived as "competing" which would probably be enough for the complainant to win.
