I just do not see how they can prove all of that on a .tel unless traffic is being redirected a heineken competitor's web site.

• UDRPtalk (UDRPtalk) 04:27 pm 13-Jul-2009 @gricetti - I think it's enough that the domain owner is trying to associate itself with "beer" without the consent of the trademark owner. That would be perceived as "competing" which would probably be enough for the complainant to win.
