• vijay 01:35 am 21-Oct-2019 Domain registered on September 05, 2001 , Complainant company : NATURALS BEAUTY SALON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED complainant got TM on 29/07/2008 in India Company date of incorporation : 01/12/2008 Before starting legal entity they have got TM on her personal capacity. Initially the TM was issued on to Ms.Veena Kumaravel and later TM has been transferred to her company name on 2010 and 15th May 2019 the TM has been transferred back to Ms.Veena kumaravel - Dont know how this will impact , I guess if the complaint was filed with the TM owner name or not and transfers will have any impact or not dont know TM post dates domain registration so finding 3rd element of the policy wont be possible. lets see how it goes
