    This was an interesting case to say the least. One of my competitors that handles BitTorrent cases (Strike 3 Holdings file-sharing cases) tried to recover one of my domains and filed a UDRP action. The majority of the panel found Reverse Domain Name Hijacking ("RDNH"). It's a true shame you have to pay a lawyer to defend you in something like this. The Robinson Weaver law firm from Texas filed the UDRP action.
