• Fair use or theft? 04:55 pm 25-Jan-2011 So what? someone buys your name as an Ip? this does not give them rights to your trade, goodwill or anyhting else. Any entity who crosses anyone's legal rights to privacy trade, and or oversteps the line by 'taking over' should be penalized, not just by WIPO but the Net world wide. I can't own/ drive your car, even if I did find the keys beside it in a car parK! Why should the net, domain names, and website's be any different?
