• Rodan (Danny Pryor) 05:39 am 07-Sep-2011 Wish we had a clear showing of Complainant, as I believe this may very well be a simple case of using UDRP to stop competition. There is no trademark on either "national park and fly" or "nationalparkandfly.com", which makes this UDRP pretty difficult. The domain, itself, resolves to a real business, which takes reservations for a company called, of all things, "National Park and Fly, Inc."
