    Another decision based on bluster and exaggerations by the Complainant and a useless Panelist. The Complainants said that they were in process of applying for a US trade mark, but as you can see from USPTO search they never ever bothered with it and it is now abandoned. ALL they wanted was the domain names and the TM application was simply for show to WIPO.
