• John UK 12:06 pm 12-Apr-2013 It just shows me how utterly corrupt WIPO is ,and is geared towards the large corporations. Of course there are some Panelists who are fair minded, many others not so. Look who owns Essque.com for though, 5 years after the WIPO decision to take the domain . Yes I stioll own it. The reason is because I took the matter to German Court and won after 2 rounds at the Kammergericht (Appeals Court in Berlin) . So Essque Hotels spent $50k + costs and still dont have the domain.
