• james Brenden 04:34 am 16-Jun-2012 The famous name of wall Street has been displayed as a parked site under the www.wallstreet.com for the last few years, representing many other websites in direct competition for the financial industry. Suddenly, it is no longer there, as a pay per click site, but has changed to a plain ad for "Net Names" All of this after the www.wall-street.com complaint was filed and the UDRP appeared on the internet. After checking the trademarks at USPTO.gov we see that www.wall-street.com owns the Trademarks and has them in use in 8 different categories. Clearly they have been a presents on the internet for many years. Wall-street.com has been on the internet since 1995 under the continuous use of the financial industry represented by Wall Street . We think they have a right to proceed under the circumstances
