    Kudos to the three-member panel who decided to err on the side of caution and not attempt to solve an issue that is better handled perhaps by national courts. The UDRP was not intended, and need not be, a "cure-all" for all domain name disputes. It is very effective in dealing with "the clearest of cases" for which it was designed.
